Many of us have send info to the SEC and GIGL. We nee people to keep doing it.
The key is that on that site, you can send links to the douche bags posting histories so it's easy for someone to investigate it. They are blatant and not trying to hide their manipulations.
It's is an SEC violation to make false or misleading statements about a company.
Which is what IHUB and its crew does all day long. Look up all these bashers histories. All of them are online for 8-10-12 hours a day, bashing the companies they have been tasked to attack.
GIGL should send a cease and desist to IHUB to start a legal paper trail. IHUB has lost lawsuits before and can again.
Because they are on the London Exchange might be why the SEC hesitates to go after them although they did with the founder (Matthew Brown).
Otherwise, it is a slam dunk case to investigate. I would know, I used to investigate financial crimes in the private sector and the IHUB case isn't that difficult to prove.
