Eric...up until 3 weeks ago I was only doing long term trades as well. Sitting in stocks any where from 1 to 4 years or more waiting for news or that big payday. When I first came here and invested in GBSN Sheepwolf said not to hold it for too long. I was planning on holding it for days because I was still in the long term hold mentality. I barely got out with a profit when they announced the RS.
The only thing trippin me up right now is the 3 day settlement period. I decided today not to sell a stock and roll it into something new until that period is up. That way I can jump in and out the same day if needed rather than having to hold it three days to avoid the 90 day restriction. We'll see how that works but I am sure most on this board have the same issues.
