The first thing that jumps out at me in your explanation.....in reference to 3 former executives selling (or dumping) shares...is:
Why would anyone sell, especially if they have even the slightest knowledge of this company and its management and where it is in the FAA process and where it is heading?
You see....prior executives know far too well that they are holding an asset easily and very soon worth 10x what it is today.
Now.....if they had a crisis (divorce, tax problem, etc.) well that would be a different thing all together.
Personally I wonder if the same restrictions apply now that applied then.....that they could not sell their shares until 6 months after the onset of revenue generation.....................
