what? were you expecting her to file something fraudulent? I don't recall her saying anything about the next Q being stupendous!! it is what it is man. it's a filing of a business giving detailed outline of business operations etc.

we know the filing doesn't look good..but that is what it is..company's need time to generate revenue and profit. HONEST CO's that grow organically.
