Dont forget Jame's specific answers to questions concerning PPS target, BTL SLA #s, and buyback/OS target during CC last fall. He was speaking on behalf of the company as he was the ONLY one on the call and he didnt say "let me get thise answers for you." He was conducting that call on behalf of the company and certainly answered questions AS a company entity. To say after the fact they had no connection is borderline criminal/fraudulent. As I and others have said prior- they were using a company domain email which was the same email listed as the "Investor Relations" contact.

I am further stunned at the email reply you shared from Bill with respect to BTL. James was adamant on those terms when pressed on revenue guidance that could be expected for 2016 and 2017. WHERE did James come up with thise #'s..?!
