MSNBC is reporting that the Treasury department has just ruled that several US companies, including Exxon will not be receiving waivers for the Russian imposed sanctions.
This is obviously a huge deal for both Exxon and Putin as it leaves their joint $500B oil agreement frozen for the foreseeable future. I will update this with a link to a corroborating article once one becomes available.
