Mine are locked in. Actually, both of my accounts are cash accounts so I can set the shares so they can't short them by placing my sell order as high as they'll let me. I know you probably see posters say that and it almost seems like a myth but if my order is in, it has to be "available". If a short wants them, they have to jump up to get them. At least that's what a real market maker explained to me whether it's true or not.
