She certainly gave us the dirty ugly truth. She hid nothing. She did not audit these as this was a GAAP submission. She desperately needs financing and it looks like her admin expenses skyrocketed. It also looks like there is some convertible debt left which could lead to dilution. Nothing from Bethel which is unusual. Not much revenue to talk of.

Might as well be as transparent as possible when the numbers don't look good.
