I think the 10,525 M number that Wolfie gave may be correct to include the Tesla deal--however did that deal actually close?

We just don't know at this point, but my bet is it will be about 9.5 to 1 share of Cenbio. Big A said the cash value of Tesla was 5 M, in addition to the real estate of Site #2, but was there actual 3.525 M Cenbio shares added to the 7M? We all are looking for clarity. Since the CENBF never actually traded, was any deal with Tesla valid...
