Thanks. Wouldn't take much money at all from Jillian and Tia to wipe out anything toxic and open a new store separate the one in Tanforan with the LOI. If the LOI holds, Century City reopens by 2018, and they open just one more company-owned with the investments from Jillian/Tia, 5 stores doing the kind of business they do could make this company rock solid. And I don't think anything I've said is overly optimistic.

This excludes literally everything else they've talked about: frozen food, branded products, expansion, etc. etc.
