IMO the wild card here is the share value assigned to the Tesla deal--otherwise it would be a simple 100 M divided by 7 M, which would be 14.28 shares for each Cenbio share owned. Due to the Tesla deal, we will likely receive less than 14.28 for each Cenbio share.
