As a MMJ patient myself I can tell you that none of the products found in a dispensary have undergone safety or efficacy testing, and certainly not by a government sanctioned authority. I have yet to see a cannabis based cream in any of them, and I've probably been in a dozen. Like I said, our cream will be the the first of it's kind. With good marketing we should be able to get our cream into every one of them.
