Good for the SEC.
By the time they get the Fab 4998834 to trial if it is not settled or dismissed before, Treaty and it's shareholders are going to be raking in the benefits of the settlement with the SEC. DOH !
Investors, The Fab 399384 could be responsible for shooting JFK but it is a civil matter that will amount to a small fine. Gwyn committed 10 Class C Felonies and got a small fine.
