what is interesting to me re: NR/CEs' patterns .. is how they work cycles of money
on/against OTC targets
which is why when they become UPSIDE DOWN .. other aspects enter their agenda/s
(MAKO .. CA law suit) .. for example
going back to 2015 .. and specific time lines .. because NR only has 2 ways
to usually part legit shares out of actual investors .. (the 3rd is to stall for
perpetuity .. but that doesn't work when NR is actually UPSIDE DOWN)
.. the first is to orchestrate the stock UP .. which was done in Dec 2014
that UP cycle is then turned .. to the DOWN side .. and of course which
almost always *works* is for NR to relentlessly compress the PPS downward
here are 3 sets of CTIX data points from 2015 ..
notice the *volume* decrease
on the 10 and 90 day .. (even with AI and algos) vs today's avgs

always done to demoralize and shake out retail investors ..
i have a few hard and fast rules when it comes to investing in OTC companies
i know are legit .. pay attn to *volume* undertaken .. note the 52 week low ..
and if comfortable set GTCs (mine are good for 6 months via Fido) for buys
as close to where i think they will work them
i don't have to be right on the low .. close enough for gov't work .. works too
the positive here and on other OTC *targets* .. NR needs CTIX shares ..
and imo they have for two years .. otherwise if they'd succeeded after
their 8 month delay from Dec 2014's *TAKE UP* to August 2015 *efforts* ..
NR (non retail) would have worked cycle of money UP on CTIX ..
as they always do .. unless they can't because they are UPSIDE DOWN ..
