Yup, the share increase is stated in the latest filings. It hasn't been sold into the float yet. We finally found out what kinda arrangement has been made. No more than 10% of the daily volume can be sold at a time. Rich IMO did his best he could to settle a bad deal he made in the past. It's not what we all wanted but he really didn't have a choice.
