there can be no possible dilution; there is no debt or notes to convert. that was all delt with well over a month ago. And the ceo stated she would look for alternative financing instead of toxic leanders.
That is why the share count was reduced 150mil. Zero dilution. the only possible manipulation of the stock price is shorting. which we know has happened time to time.
