This is Lying TD's theory on why there are no naked shorts:

TD, you're an absolute idiot! The naked shorters never thought they would have to cover so they never bothered. Especially when word got out of a SEC investigation. Now since Treaty in in the greys, it's impossible for them to cover. There simply are not enough shares for sale any where near the current PPS. Plus the fact that TD tries to destroy the stock 24/7/365 and has not let up. He's worried Treaty may survive and he should be worried because Treaty is making a comeback!
