Here is something interesting. EPIC Stock Picks is going to announce a "marjuana bounce alert" at 9:30 am today. They describe the stock and how it has been trading recently; anyone reading their story might think they are referring to OWCP. Of course EPIC is PR and gets paid for their "hidden diamonds in the rough" so I wonder if another major party, someone that has been building a position in OWCP is behind this announcement.

For sure there are many companies with stock action similar to OWCP and the likely hood of EPIC's pick being our stock is small, but stranger things have happened.
