I don't know, but a Form 4 takes about 60 seconds to fill out. Why they weren't just filed last week is beyond me.
Why let your auditors put a comment like that in your 10K when you could so easily file the forms.
To me transparency is paramount in any investment. I can't think of any positive reasons to delaying filing of a Form 4.
