I think they are replacing the Cotton and Western NVSOS one -the one that expires 12-31-12- with this one PAN AMERICAN MINERAL VENTURES, INC which doesnt expire until 11-30-13 -

it was 11-30-11 they opened this new Pan American Mineral Ventures,Inc,headquartered in Las Vegas-CWRN' new official HQ as part of the name change advertised in the 6-25-12 PR-I'm pretty sure thats whats happening anyway because they said they were going to allow the old name/old corp w the NVSOS Cotton and Western Inc to expire

So merely replacing Cotton and Western NVSOS  w new USA incorporated entity PanAm Min Ventures,Inc on NVSOS

remember the shorters actually made fun of this-having 3 entities-the made up crisis was "whats the 3rd entity for" the new entity was just part of the name change actually forecast by an Oct or Nov 2010 PR,as I noted back then
