No clue why Janice Shell is a moderator. I researched her a while back after noticing the relentless bashing from both her and Malc Stone on the ORRV message board. I have my thoughts, but it's not my place to make accusations without knowing for sure.

However ....I will note that these are the first two links that popped up for me after Googling some key words along with her name (same goes for Malc Stone).
