SEC requires the following to be listed in Section 12:
(i) each director;
(ii) each of the individuals named in the executive compensation section;
(iii) all current executive officers and directors as a group; and
(iv) all know beneficial owners of more than five percent of common stock.
What I'm saying is that the 2016 10K appears to be a copy and edit of the 2015 10K, therefore the part about Jeffrey was intentionally removed.
