Thank you for the clarification. Re-reading it again it definitely sounds like Ziv because of the word "Former". It's not clear if Ziv gets to keep the whole 10,000,000 options in two years and I'm not going to speculate; he may get all of the options.
If that's the case then the ESOP results in 34,750,000 options vesting in 2 years (from the date of the ESOP). The good news is that the officers of this company would be massive fools to not "get it done" and grow the company and raise the stock price. That brings me comfort because let's face it people are motivated by money.
