Going by the 8K it appears that they are going through the typical registration process . All of this has to have FINRA, SEC approval and all of the filing has to happen. Any questions that come up must be answered, and Brokers must be attained.
Exactly where they are in the process, how long it will take....who knows, but, I suspect this will not be the long drawn out process that we have seen in the past. I am sure Bill wants boots on the ground kicking dust up as bad as we do, and he has been here before, which to me , tells me he knows the best, and fastest ways to move forward.
Because the parent company, QMKR is already established, I think the rest will go pretty quick.
