Third time I've heard about the "shares in trust" (however I can find no info about these laws via Google. Anyone?)
IMO, until shares are fully vested, there were very likely many restrictions such as staying employed by OWC. Talk about motivation to do a good job!
Sounds like Ziv lost his claim to all his shares.
Anyway, looking forward to clarification about the numbers of shares held in trust, the vesting dates, and at least some basic info about the terms.
