Just wondering if you or anyone else have any thoughts on the terms of the ESOP that Ziv Turner was granted in 2016. From the 10-K we know that he was awarded 10,000,000 options that have a two year vesting period.
Given how low the share price was in 2016, the potential spread and gains to be made in 2018-2019 could be astronomical. All depends on how the contract was written and what happens in the event of a termination or resignation. I would like to think that the company has retained the bulk of the 10,000,000 options. Certainly gives them more leverage in attracting a high profile replacement. Might be a question for management. Thx!
