As we've been working to complete the audit and going back in time on Solaris information, I felt that perhaps what they had in the company could be of value. So we hired a third-party to do some analysis and ultimately decided partnering with that company would be the best course of action. They spend their time on developing products using lithium battery technology and utilizing ours in new products hopefully. So the intent is they will invest in the development and share revenues if anything ever gets commercialized as a result from our intellectual property.

That being said, it just takes that chapter in the companies history. Allows us to focus on our current business and expanding through further acquisitions.
