I'm ok with the .89 close for now. The 8-K came out at 3:00 PM and it was up from there. At least with this announcement there is no ambiguity. I also like the fact that it's an "interim" replacement, leaving the doors open for a replacement with a much higher profile person. Bottom line it does not hurt.
