I think that's right. I kept seeing 10:00 pm Eastern, but I believe 5:30 is correct. You can file past 5:30 up until 10:00 pm, but that would be shown as filed the next business day.

EOD action seems to point to people being confident in the filing and hopeful for some positive news. I know I am.
