OT maybe : For those of you who have been in OWCP for awhile and remember all the UPS and DOWNS in the PPS not that this will help you much in your OWCP investment but maybe understand whats going on better BUT IMO the same script in movement is being played out in another stock that you most likely do not own. IDXG on yesterday's news the PPS spiked up 100% during the day only to start fading back. Still doing it today so LOL stay away. But it does seem to be following the same path OWCP has taken recently.
POINT: Maybe the PPS is being controlled more by forces other than investors on stocks with little or no revenue.
