IHUB has lost lawsuits in the past. They are a boiler room and many of us have sent detailed complaints to the SEC.
The companies can start by sending a cease and desist order about the bashing (bashing is an SEC violation).
The complaint just needs to fall on the desk of someone at the SEC and piss them off enough to do something about it. If a congressman's father got ripped off because of IHUB's manipulations, you can bet something would be done.
