It could be lots of things. I think it people just wanting to turn a quick profit on a penny stock. This is in the otc so most people aren't gonna hold. Hopefully this can move to a higher tier. Thing is the 10 k didn't show what people wanted to see. Every qtr. they want big govt. contract, settlement, or buyout news . It doesn't come so they sell. Every one sells to preserve capital or keep profits.

So I don't know all my opinion.
