I'm not going to defend a Food truck company or the invitation that was given out. Who knows, they could be a relative/friend to one of the organizers? Maybe they are catering the lunch in exchange for 30 minutes of the idea pitch. Who knows, not a big issue IMO.
Ziv is the former managing director of the subsidiary, OWC Ltd. We don't know the circumstances yet and it may be due to privacy laws in Israel. I'm not a lawyer and don't know the conditions of the release but it sounds like he was the least qualified out of the executive team - this is a win for OWC.
10K delay didn't set a new precedent. Several companies use this delay, as has OWC in previous years.
These three things are non-issues. They won't affect their IP, upcoming clinical results or the overall company deficit. Those are what really matters here.
