I disagree Gary.
It says right in the 10k that they will provide ingredients/formulations to third parties to sell their own branded creme otc.
One revenue stream.
It also indicates that they will continue r and d on their creme formulation for distribution through the RX channel.
I think this is not the same as what you proposed.
