OWCP cannot go it alone here.
They can`t fight big pharma and it might also be impossible for them to afford legal costs if they have to defend or protect their ip from the sharks.
It makes complete sense for them to partner with pharma/biotech in order to develop the myeloma channel.
Think about it...there`s really no other way.
