Hey asshole, anyone with any brains whatsoever knows that presidents give the go ahead for a SEAL mission like THAT one, particularly when the 3 other choices are fighter attacks or drone strikes or, like with Bush, do nothing.
Obama made the riskiest call, but the only one that could produce DNA verification of success.
Short handing it to say that Obama killed him is clear in it's meaning to anyone not suffering from ODS
And of course if Bush had dispatched the same mission with the same results you would/could use the same terminology and no one could credibly say shit.
It you had any intellectual honesty, any functioning brain cells whatsoever, you would get that.
But, no brains, no integrity, no comprehension.
