Re: Steven1973 #11999
PPS got close to 0.01 but there were significantly fewer shares at that point-think it was well under 1BB at that point. Last reported OS would have had the company at 1.8-1.9BB minimum and one has to assume more shares went out before they went dark.

At $0.10 PPS and 2BB OS - that is a $200MM market cap. Company would realistically have to be doing $20MM in revs a year and exponentially growing to get that type of P/s multiple (on anything more than a short lived spike). Not that the OTC is rational. Assuming share structure remains somewhat the same and no conversions granted - there wont be the outside forces that push those far fetched runs and company will have to grind it out to those levels. However - assuming they are in the $3-5MM rev/yr when refiling - I think $0.01-0.03 is rational assuming the trend to mass market adoption remains promising.

Have to consider - for all those that will want in - there are a lot of long termers going to want out and/or to protect some capital/profits going forward which will have a somewhat stabilizing affect on the forward movement and prevent the massive spikes generally seen.
