I totally agree with you. A 10-K is not just a PR to raise the stock price. Compare it to a state of the union address. Helps recap what we already know, talks about the reality of the situation, and with obvious constraints gives us a peek, or hints if you will, into the future.

As for the "dilution" comment that the other person replied about. It's JUST PURE BS!!!!! It's a mandatory security law requirement that needs to be mentioned in every 10-K.
