Dilution, via the sale of RESTRICTED SHARES. Yes. Very different than the Toxic Debt / Convertible Notes you're trying to suggest that brings companies down.
OWCP did this in January and February and yet, the share price is higher after having done this. These folks can't sell their shares for 6 months and even if, for some insane reason, they all wanted to sell immediately -- they'd all have to sell on different days because they all bought on different days. The total amount of shares sold throughout those 2 months represents barely more than a single day of average volume as of lately.
