The only place Ziv is referred to in the report is in Note 13: Related Party Transaction:

On page 70, it looks like Mordechai Bignitz is assuming both roles. I think for now this is positive!
Our Board of Directors believes that Mr. Bignitz’s service as both the Chairman of our Board of Directors and our Chief Executive Officer is in the best interest of our Company and our stockholders. Mr. Bignitz possesses detailed and in-depth knowledge of the issues, opportunities and challenges facing our Company and our business and, therefore, is best positioned to develop agendas that ensure that the Board of Directors’ time and attention are focused on the most important matters.
