Well said. I hope the new BOD and CEO understand the proper OTC strategies. In my opinion they shouldn't PR promises or agreements or potential milestones but only documented successes. They need to file all financial 10Q'S, 10K'S and 8K's on time. I'm not familiar with the 8K rules but I know material events, changes in share structures, management changes, etc need to be communicated to shareholders and the general public. If it were my decision, I would hold all the above close to the chest until facts can be verified as 100% truthful via online documentation. No more secrets, false PR'S, exaggerations, pumping, misleading information, etc.
