Q3 was due Friday. NT extension is due by 10 pm Eastern tonight which then gives her until 10 pm Eastern on Wednesday to file the financials to stay current. Would hate to see her go into a delinquent status after all of the hard work she has done - plus she has a history of filing timely, so I am not sure why the Q3 would be delayed. Sure she has been busy with the Amazon launch and order fulfillment. Hope she realizes she needs some help - maybe the $1.1 million PO announced earlier this year gives her enough to hire some people...maybe even a CFO so she can focus on other things.
