Based on this and the info from SeD annual report, those (up to) four assets that were going to get injected into Amarantus may actually sit under SeD Biomed with Amarantus owning a slice for giving up a percentage of Amarantus Holdings. That makes more sense as they wouldn't sit under the three subsidiaries.
