I was wrong...all read this!

I'm of the understanding due to the location of the shm, a secured area, the security procedures are such that an event coordinator has been hired.

As a result, unless one is a shareholder, provided a badge, they cannot attend the special meeting on May 11 as announced.

My comment came from going to a little small public company shm lots of times where non owners can attend.
