i have not read all that was posted today but I have noted Clay's comments are taken by some here as a bearish view. It should not be. He seems to be suggesting that OWCP is establishing higher support levels. So while the breakouts have been disappointing it is clear that the new lows are higher than prior sessions. This is good news for investors and very positive for those of us with a long term view.

From his technical perspective, I believe a close of around 1.10 followed by another close above 1.10 should be the start of our flight upward. Unfortunately, we still have heavy selling at times and all breaks below .9 have the potential for a swift decline to mid .50s. That said, the clearer picture is one of an OTC that gotten out of the egg, growing feathers and getting close to flying.
