I believe I read that the date of record for voting by existing shareholders is April 20th.
Does that mean that if someone were to enter this particular market (BLTA) and purchase AFTER this coming Thursday, that they will NOT have the ability to vote at the upcoming Special Shareholder's Meeting?
Would the "newbies" be able to ATTEND the Special SHM?
