Mrs Li doesn't have a stock incentive plan. This was all set up by Jerry prior to the company sale. The executives could sell existing shares to offest the new share acquisitions but they are not. They know what is about to happen. Only hints of what is about to happen has been made public. Everyone of the executives will be wealthy.
