You do realize that the incentives you speak of are for 2 YEARS!
The 1st year of operation, 100% of the fees are being covered, and the 2nd year 50% of the fees are waived.
THAT is an absolutely TREMENDOUS way to jump start a New, International Airline.......especially one with about a $100 million dollar write off for set up costs!
