Two great points:
We want Giggles N Hugs (GIGL) to be a brand no different than, Disney, synonymous with children's products and services and not just a family restaurant and play space. This will set it apart from the other playscape themed restaurants.
To this end, we are working with a few investment banks to secure the right funding for all of our growth objectives. No dilution.
