Please correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe that OWCP already has contracts for the U.S. and Europe to manufacture, distribute, and sell their psoriasis cream, and I believe other products. Medmar, who has U.S. rights to my memory, already distributes a large variety of products throughout the U.S. at the likes of Walmart, Target, etc. I believe their products are largely branded to the store they're being sold in, but the key is, they have much of the capability they need, though with various State regulations being different, operations may be needed to be set up in various States.
I bring this up because many posters seem to believe we still need Teva, or someone like them. I don't believe that's the case. Furthermore, I believe that what OWCP has done is far more lucrative for them than a partnership with the likes of TEVA on other big Pharma. Why? Because in such partnership, the best I've seen in general is no better than royalties in the teens, and frequently they're in single digits. OWCP is ticketed to receive the greater portion of earnings from sales.
I know that OWCP doesn't have the entire world covered by agreements to date, but I'd rather see additional similar agreements where essentially they're contracting with others to do these services rather than a partnership where essentially the partner takes control, and takes the lion's share of the earnings.
